For this kind of heavy-industry application, Mihir's RCC-based series (RCM and FRM) are built for exactly this demand — RCC being a natural material that resists the detrimental effects of heat and UV rays, remaining immune to rot and decay, while offering hurricane and cyclone resistance by virtue of its mass.

RCM Series for Structural Stability

A unique center RCC column supports the motor and gearbox on a common mounting frame, avoiding vibration from shaft misalignment, while keeping the casing and fan section independent of rotating parts — reducing maintenance demands over time.

FRM Series for Combined FRP + RCC Strength

Introduced in 2002, the FRM Series combines FRP with RCC, with the basin and air entry portion built in RCC, and has over 1,000 installations proven across Process Industries and Captive Power Plants from 2 MW to 20 MW.
