In 2002, Mihir introduced the FRM Series — a new design combining FRP with RCC cooling towers for capacity up to 3,000 CMH per cell. In this series, the basin and air entry portion are built in RCC, pairing RCC's structural strength with FRP's corrosion resistance in the upper sections.
With more than 1,000 towers installed, the FRM Series has become a proven success in Process Industries and Captive Power Plants, serving capacities ranging from 2 MW to 20 MW.
Benefit of Service
Combines FRP and RCC in one design, using each material where it performs best
Basin and air entry portion built in RCC for structural strength
Proven across 1,000+ installations since 2002
Corrosion-Resistant Structure
Structural supports in Pultruded FRP with MSHDG hardware (stainless steel optional) — built for highly corrosive applications.
Faster Execution
Minimum site activities and low operating weight mean quicker installation with less on-site work.
Energy Efficient
Aerofoil-shaped, hollow FRP fan blades on an induced-draft counterflow design for optimum airflow efficiency.
High Cooling Capacity
Engineered to cool up to 4,000 m³/hr/cell, with a continuously formed casing for a smooth finish on both sides.

Introduced in 2002
The FRM Series was introduced in 2002 as a new design combining FRP with RCC cooling towers, built for capacity up to 3,000 CMH per cell.
RCC Basin & Air Entry
The basin and air entry portion of the FRM Series are built in RCC, adding structural strength at the base of the tower.
1,000+ Towers Installed
With more than 1,000 towers installed, the FRM Series has proven itself as a reliable choice across Process Industries and Captive Power Plants.
Suited for Captive Power Plants
Capacity ranges from 2 MW to 20 MW, making the FRM Series well suited for captive power plant applications.
