The CM Series is our rectangular-shaped Counterflow cooling tower, developed through our 1992 collaboration with GEA Polacel of the Netherlands — bringing internationally proven counterflow technology into Mihir's manufacturing.
Built with a corrosion-resistant, fire-retardant FRP casing, basin, fan deck and fan stack, and a hot-dip galvanized supporting structure, the CM Series is designed to hold up under demanding process and industrial conditions while cooling up to 2,000 m³/hr/cell.
Benefit of Service
Casing, basin, fan deck and fan stack in corrosion-resistant, fire-retardant FRP
Hot-dip galvanized supporting structure for long-term durability
Corrosion-Resistant Structure
Structural supports in Pultruded FRP with MSHDG hardware (stainless steel optional) — built for highly corrosive applications.
Faster Execution
Minimum site activities and low operating weight mean quicker installation with less on-site work.
Energy Efficient
Aerofoil-shaped, hollow FRP fan blades on an induced-draft counterflow design for optimum airflow efficiency.
High Cooling Capacity
Engineered to cool up to 4,000 m³/hr/cell, with a continuously formed casing for a smooth finish on both sides.
More information
Hot-Dip Galvanized Supporting Structure
The supporting structure is hot-dip galvanized, protecting against corrosion and extending the tower's operational life.
Drift Eliminator Performance
PVC drift eliminators are engineered so drift loss never exceeds 0.05% of circulating water flow, minimizing water loss during operation.
Fill Material & Water Distribution
PVC fill material (max. temperature 50°C) paired with a GI/PVC pipe water distribution system and PP nozzles for even water spread.
